1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, attaching photos of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
